Police Commissioner unites stakeholders

Police Commissioner Dwayne Gibbs, in a three-page release, disputed the Prime Minister and the Solicitor General’s assertion that he “procured” a light aircraft and also denied concerns raised by two PNM MP’s regarding his educational credentials and the cost of new police uniforms.

Last week, Gibbs infuriated the Police Service Commission and the AG while he is also at loggerheads with the Police Service Social and Welfare Association and the local media.

The PM might have brought five parties together; but Gibbs, apparently, has united the twin island republic.
