‘Naps’ and QRC open SSFL with Wed double header in POS

Reigning Secondary School Football League (SSFL) champions Naparima College will make their first outing of the 2015 Premier Division schoolboy season on Wednesday September 8 as the season kicks off with a double header at the Hasely Crawford Stadium.

‘Naps’ face newly promoted Queen’s Royal College from 5.30 pm at the Port of Spain venue while, in the opening fixture, St Mary’s College tackles Trinity College East from 3.30 pm.

The SSFL’s remaining 10 teams join the fray on Thursday. Speyside High and Trinity College Moka join QRC as the newly promoted teams while Carapichaima East, St Benedict’s College, Presentation College (San Fernando), Fatima College, Shiva Boys Hindu College, St Augustine Secondary, San Juan North and St Anthony’s College all retained their top flight status.
