Intercol 23: Time and venues set for zonal Intercol semifinals

The Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL) fixtures committee has confirmed the time and venues for this weekend Intercol semifinal matches, with action in all five zones.

Apart from today’s Central Zone semifinals, which will be played at Brickfield and Edinburgh 500, the top four teams in the remaining zones will meet in doubleheaders at the Black Rock, Mahaica Oval, Hasely Crawford Stadium and Arima Velodrome venues.

Arguably, the most intriguing contest comes at Mahaica as bitter rivals Naparima College and Presentation College (San Fernando) clash from 5.30pm with the winner advancing to the South Zone final.
