Former Guaya United captain Ryan “Fry” Stewart and Matura ReUnited goalkeeper Glenroy Samuel return to the Pro League fold tomorrow with Japs North East Stars, as top flight action resumes in Couva and Point Fortin.

Stewart is a straight swap for 20 year old Trinidad and Tobago international midfielder Neveal Hackshaw, who left Stars for USL club, Charleston Battery, earlier this month.

The transfer window closed last Friday, although former Central FC captain Marvin Oliver—who the Pro League’s Player Status Committee released from his contact last week—will be allowed to sign for another team as a free agent.

Otherwise, the Pro League’s 10 clubs have put the finishing touches on their squads for the remainder of the 2016/17 season.

Arguably, the most intriguing signing is former Kazakhstan-based defender Robert Primus who has joined Morvant Caledonia United, as the former San Juan Jabloteh and Trinidad and Tobago international player tries to resume his career after debilitating knee injuries during his stint with FC Aktobe.
