Ex-Finance Minister in dark place

Former Finance Minister Karen Nunez-Tesheira claimed yesterday, during the State enquiry into the billion dollar collapse of insurance giants CLICO, that she was in the dark about everything—including her own actions.
Nunez-Tesheira and her sister broke their deposits four weeks before the company crashed. She insisted that her actions were not prompted by privileged insider information but failed to divulge another explanation.
She did offer that it was a “coincidence” though.
