This makes for a great weekend of football. I heard that the Primary Schools tournament was pretty good also. It would be nice if the major players in the local communications industry placed some focus on them as well.
Keep up the great work!
How is the officiating? All these games going on at the same time and in so many different locations and even with more games that were not referenced….. do we have the right amount of qualified and true-to-form officials?
That is an excellent point Hannibal. And bear in mind these fixtures are only for the leagues we cover. There will also be the zonal leagues, the championship division schoolboy matches and the girls matches that we haven’t the manpower to write on. As usual, we will try to cover the girls’ finals.
And, yes, there continues to be complaints about the standard of the officiating. But no wonder with so many competitions.
