Police Commissioner Dwayne Gibbs, in a three-page release, disputed the Prime Minister and the Solicitor General’s assertion that he “procured” a light aircraft and also denied concerns raised by two PNM MP’s regarding his educational credentials and the cost of new police uniforms.

The PM might have brought five parties together; but Gibbs, apparently, has united the twin island republic.
