The National Security Minister admitted there has been some “slippage” since last year’s State of Emergency in terms of citizenry security and he is still working on a better blend of relationship between police and nationals.

Brigadier John Sandy then admitted his political lingo was a work in progress and he meant too many people are still being killed by gangsters and beaten up by police.
