Lee and J’Eleisha get MVP honours, as SSFL fetes its 2022 standouts

St Benedict’s College captain Tarik Lee and Scarborough Secondary forward J’Eleisha Alexander were awarded the two most prestigious individual accolades today, as the Secondary Schools Football League (SSFL) feted its top teams and players for the 2022 season at its annual award ceremony at Naparima College.

Lee, a pacy, versatile centre forward, led Benedict’s to their first Premier Division title as well as the South Zone Intercol crown while Alexander helped Scarborough to the Girls Big 5 trophy.

  1. Yes you are correct Huey….it would have been nice to have a picture of SSFL MVP Female SSFL 2022 season J’ ELeisha Alexander ( Scarborough Secondary. ) Actually we do have pics of her so it would have been rather easy to get one of her to use in this well written story by Lasana…..but hopefully in the future.

  2. It would have been nice to have a picture of the young lady who was the top female player.
